Hey everybody,

well im a sixteen year old girl and i want a change in my style. i would really like to look pretty but im not really sure were i should look. I know how to look hot to attract guys and be sexy but im jst looking for a way to make myself be more appealing as a teenager not as an adult would. I would love some handy tips to look good as a sixteen year old girl because i only want to look the age i am right now, not the age i will be in a few years. I have brown curly hair, i love makeup but i like to keep it natural, clear lipgloss, little bit of eyeliner. I just need a little bit of help trying to make myself stand out more as myself..

ok, totally girly stuff:

if you like make up that looks like you aren't wearing any, extra emphasize one or two things, whatever your favorite parts of you are (eyes, hair, smile). i think back then i was addicted to lots of mascara and eyeliner (actually i still am), but if i wore bright lipstick too it was overkill. i think the word of the day is experimentation when it comes to style at 16. tastefully dramatic is as appropriate as healthy and natural.

it might sound weird by health, happiness and humor are the most attractive attributes at any age.

enjoying your life and showing it, smiling a lot, is always attractive. (requires good dental hygiene, preferably). people are drawn to confident, happy people.

keep your hair healthy and shiny, whatever length or crazy colors you might try, keep it conditioned and smooth. dilute shampoos in water if they are too harsh. i have curly hair too and keeping the ends from splitting is a trick. i have to cut them regularly and leave some conditioner in all day.

really couldnt tell you what style will suit you unless you post pictures. pretty much just don't wear man clothes, don't pile on make-up, it doesnt matter how much paint is on the car, if it's ugly, it's ugly

wear wat u want to and it will make ur own style u'll b a person who stands out wid a rokin n cool style instead like da others who keep wearin wats in trend

Dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable and appropriate. Choose clothes that suit your body, not what's 'in.'

Keep yourself well-groomed. Maybe shaping your eyebrows (not to the point where it's ugly thin). To stand out as yourself, just be yourself.
