How Do You know when a guy likes you?!? (Yep,I'm asking)

I'm half sure he knows I like him

Why you say?:

1.He messes with my hair

2.Said something about me and him going out(But too fast to hear everything)

3.Smiles and Stares (Long time..No,he is so not a stalker)

4.I can always get him to laugh!

5.Whenever I say "Hey Sexy" he automatically thinks I'm talking to him

6.Seems to remember what I say

7.Super-nice and never and jokes about being mean with me( But he does with other girls..XD)

8.Asked me out in March

9.Laughs at some of the things I say,even when I'm not talking to him.

10.When I push him or nidge him,he laughs

11.Seems to be at a loss of words sometimes..(He..Heh)

12.Always says I draw good (Even when I hate it)

13.He said its COOL that I like Japanese stuff

What do you think? Please help everyone,I need more advice!And tell me if you think he likes me!
