You must not be in the USA theyd never let a teacher dress like that. Sounds embarrassing for you not to mention she is being made fun of. She knows what she is doing and she should be ashamed of herself. She should be acting in a professional manner, not trying to entice her students.

Are you afraid to talk to her? this is your mother just tell her while you are at home say...."your chest is hanging out and you need to wear something a little less revealing..." and if she argues with you, tell her that you know classmates are looking (not suprizingly) and it makes you uncomfertable, and they have become to make a nasty name of you...and if she continuses...tell her (with all do respect) it looks prostutish...
