oka i have fair skin, blonde hair, and big dark brown eyes. what color eye liner and eye shadow would look best for me? or what are ways the best ways to put on eye shadow? i always see people with like different colors on and it looks like. i just want to look sexy :-)

people with fair skin tone can wear basically any color eye shadow, as long as it's light. for example - pale green, powder blue, lavender, pale pink, or light beige. if you only want to focus on your eyes, green and gold goes great with dark brown eyes. your eyeliner should be pale too.

what you can do is use a green or brown eyeliner and line the inside of ur eyelids it should make your eyes pop out and as far as eyeshadow goes u can use greens, and like pinks and reds and even some blues would work well and gold definitely will make ur eyes pop

you should choose makeup to suit your skintype and of course budget. if you've got pinky undertones go for a neutral shade to balance out the pink. if you have more of a yellowy/olivey skin go for non european companies because alot of the european brands cater for european skin- alot of pinky tones, light blushes, ivory colours etc.
