Hot teen eyeshadow stlyes, colors, and tricks?

I am 16 and i'm just tired of doing the same make-up routine and I just want to do something new and sexy/hot. I have mostly do..thin black eye liner, brown on lid %26amp; a gold brown color from crease up(Rimmel: 621 orion) I just can't see to find colors that look really good on me. I can't go by my eye color because they change. Sometimes there real bright blue, sometimes there green, there gray, sometimes they even look more brown/yellow like. So I cant really go by that. I have light brown hair. And my skin isn't really dark, but not really light either. I just want something that will make my eyes to really pop. Thank You,

i go to hot topic and buy their very colorful eyeliners (red, orange, yellow, blue, green, pink, purple, white, they have all colors) and put one color on the top and bottom eye lid. put black eyeliner on the top of your bottom eyelid. pick any color of eyeshadow( i use silver) and black mascara. i always get compliments on my eyes, so i assume it works. plus ur being different and having awsome eyes all at once. : )
