i personally like medium length hair, but bald heads aren't bad if the person has a good shaped head... (some people have lumpy heads, and those are the people that really need to grow it out) i wouldn't consider it sexy, if you don't like hair, then just keep it really short!

It really depends on the face/head/physique of the head in question. I find thinner men look better with some hair on their head while bigger/buffer men tend to stand out more with shaved heads. From your picture, I would recommend not shaving; your head seems smaller without hair. If you had hair, it would look more proportionate to your body.

If you are going bald it is definitely more sexy to have a shaved head. If not, I could go either way. It is more about the face and body for me.

it all depends what kindda face feature you have if your face is skinny then no way! but i think you would look better with hair... at the end whatever you look comfortable with will make you look good!

Ah it depends - if you hair is thin, spotty, gray etc - then maybe for you bald is sexier. If you have full think locks with a tad bit of curl in them - oh then that is HOT HOT HOT and Bald is NOT Not NOt!
