It depends really.If a fringe is the fashion at the moment then they probably would find it attractive.If not they might think it looks too girly,less womanly.Also it depends on your face shape.Some women look great with a fringe,but some don't.Also its a no no if you have greasy hair as a fringe will just give you horrible spots on your forehead.So acne suffers beware!
