I feel fat and ugly and am tired of my maternity clothes and am not buying new ones now. I spill food when I eat and my cheeks are even chubbier. I used to be so pretty and now I a fat and ugly and not at all glowing or sexy. I have gained 65 lbs and look awful. Even my makeup doesn't stick to my face anymore (maybe because I sweat all the time now)... My hair is flat and straight and I just don't have any prettiness left. How can those pictures online of those girls at 39 weeks look so nice??? Some of them have these big bellies, but they still look good? I dont' even try to 'doll' up anymore. I do basic makeup and a pony tail.. I have given up on trying to look nice, nothing works anymore....

Try not to compare yourself to others especially during pregnancy. Your not being fair to yourself. Everyones body changes when they get pregnant, you are probably so used to seeing your former self that very time you look in the mirror you expect to see the person you were pre-pregnancy...
I of course can't see you but I am sure that you are still as gorgeous as you were before... even if you are a littlle heavier, you are pretty much at the end of your pregnancy and the end result will be this tiny perfect reflection of yourself...the pregnancy weight can always be lost if it makes you self-conscience...just focus on the big picture :)
And like I said before, we are our own toughest critics...try to cut yourself some slack...nothing is more beautiful then a pregnant women we all have a glow and we all are doing somethng amazing that some people would give their left arm to do.
I wish you the best...Maybe do something nice for yourself like go shoe shopping or get a pedicure or a new hair-do..that always makes me feel better ;)

i know exactly how you feel in my first pregnancy i doubled my weight by the end i refused to leave my house cause i thought i was ugly fat gross, and im sure i can garuntee that you odnt look horrible your pregnant and thats beautifull yoru 39 weeks and thats exhausting try not to be so hard on yourself and dojt compare yourself to those overmade up computertouched up images u see in the magazines and internet.

I feel the same way and did during my first pregnancy too. It must be something they are doing with the makeup lol, cuz mine comes right off too, you can't tell i am even wearing it after about a half an hour. Just think by this time next year you can have a beautiful baby and 65 pounds gone if you really work at it. I know after seeing picture of me I plan on sweating my butt off for the next year after this one is born...I never knew I looked like I do. Probably doesn't help that the camera adds 10 pounds huh.

First of all, by nature, you have no business looking sexy right now anyway. What, are you looking for, a date? You are creating a life within your body. You have bigger fish to fry. Right now, you eat what you want, (within reason) and rest assured that you will be pretty again later. Your body's just busy right now. You have plenty of time to be pretty later. And you will be. Now go have some damn chocolate ice cream and maybe a good cry and a bubble bath. Yer doin' JUST fine!

Not all women look like this when they are pregnant. These women are pregnant and still have personal trainers, working them through every bit of their pregnancy. They aren't getting to sit back and enjoy having a life grow inside of them. They are working their butts off to make it look pretty. I feel sorry for them not being able to get to enjoy all the pregnancy quirks.

I remember how nasty I seemed to look to me, but I still went and made myself look good no matter I still got all the cute new clothes and everything. I got over it after a while. Its normal to feel this way and yes those girls in the pictures felt that way to. you know why they did those pictures. Because they felt nasty like you do. Come on think you cant see your feet, you are sleepy, the normal unpregnant you was fearful with gaining a little weight and look at you. You gained a mind to say hey I have to be healthy for this child because its healthy to gain the weight. You went over a hurtle that allot of women cant. You do know you can still do some excersies that will get you to be more up beat on how you really feel. Try walking more and getting into a mothers to be class and talk things out for the day. Go to the Hospital where you will be having your baby and see if they have free classes for mothers to be so you can talk about how you feel and you will see that your not alone in this. Plus after you have the baby you will have more friends that are lacking in sleep like you and missing the feelings you had when you were pregnant. I sure did that is for sure. So your bored of the being pregnant because it has been feeling like its taking way to long and you have a week left so do something while your free to. Like go get your feet done I know they will be needing it and after you have that baby it will be a while tell you can do it. Go for walks. Dont beat yourself up with this its not worth it becasue what is in your belly is really really worth all this waiting and this feeling like your not pretty anymore. You have a week that is it. So make the best of it and do something that will make you feel better. Have fun with that new baby and do something that will make you feel pretty ok.

I went through the same exact thing. i also gained 65 lbs with the first pregnancy. I think those pregnancy pictures where they woman looks so perfect is crap. I believe that life is full of give and take. I had a horrible pregnancy, but an easy delivery. I figure those pretty pregnancy women will have horrible deliveries...or at least not as easy as mine was (I pushed for 30 minutes....and slept through most of the labor). Maybe you are going to be blessed with an easy delivery as well. I would rather look like crap and feel no pain then to look great and want to die from the pain.
